Unlock the transformative experience of using form, shape, texture, and color to connect with your inner wisdom. Enjoy a relaxing meditative art session for any person at any skill level. This class will help connect the mind, body, and spirit to expression to unlock creative trust in your personal spiritual journey.

What you will experience:
-An opening meditation to connect with any images or ideas that want to come through.
-A painting session set to meditation music in which participants connect with the intuitive feel of the paint, tools, and composition beyond the traditional rules of art.
-A group share where participants are invited to share their experience and allow group feedback on the collective experience.
-A finishing discussion on how intuitive art practices can help with creative development in your personal spiritual and creative development.
*Aprons will be provided, but if participants are encouraged to wear clothing they would not mind getting paint on.

About your Facilitator:
Kimbely Cusack is a painter and sculptor based out of Laurel, MD. She got her BFA in 2024 from East CarolinaUniversity. She has been involved in community activism art projects including the Morganton Community Murals artist residency, the Growing up Queer in the South Exhibit. Her current practice involves using intuitive art to help with individual and collective healing.
