We start with a grounding / authentic relating exercise beforehand, usually some kind of theme for consent, for the first hour. Then run through clothes-on, 'celebrating your no' guidelines for group cuddles. Please come with experience in Circling or Emotional/Social Intelligence.

Born and raised in Austin, TX, Patrick has been practicing Authentic Relating and Circling since 2017, attending the Authentic Relating Facilitation training from Authentic Revolution in 2022. His goal is to create structured, safe containers for growth and mutual care.
