Circling is an inter-relational practice grounded in the present. It explores the edges of where I begin and you end, weaving elements of somatics, nonviolent communication, and encounter groups together. Circling sessions with Rebo at GlowHouse began one year ago, and it now has an established rhythm: circling for experienced practitioners meets on the second Tuesday, and all-levels circling meets on the fourth Thursday. Part of a series exploring the root emotions, we will dive into how and when we experience fear, drop the stories around it, and explore the messages it sends us.
