Fear and anxiety are our human conditions in modern times. I propose embracing them and explore together. In our workshop, I lead you through personal imagination exercises and pose questions for reflection and self-inquiry to structure the conversation. We will look at fears through different lenses to help you better process the emotions and thoughts that arise, and understand yourself better. This is not psychotherapy! My focus is to encourage
personal insight and growth. No medical advice or diagnoses are offered.
Please bring something to write on, a journal or paper!
We will take one hour break for lunch, more details when you register.
